Terms of Service

Last updated 15 September 2026

The rules for this site and for applying to the Challenge.

These terms govern your use of this website and your application for the 30‑Day $100,000 Challenge. The Challenge itself, if we work together, is governed by a separate signed service agreement — that agreement controls wherever the two differ.

1Who you are contracting with

Full Arch Partner LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, registered office at 75 E 3rd St, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States (“we”, “us”).

2What the Challenge is

For qualifying practices, we build and run advertising, contact and qualify the leads it produces, and book consultations onto your calendar for a defined period of 30 days.

The guarantee. If we do not generate the agreed amount of new full‑arch production within the 30 days, you owe us no fee for that period. If we do, our fee is the agreed percentage of the new production we generated. Advertising spend is paid by you, is separate from our fee, and is not refundable — it is paid to the advertising platform, not to us.

What counts as new production, how it is measured, and what happens if you cannot take the appointments we book are all defined in the service agreement. Read that document before you sign it.

3Applying does not create an agreement

Submitting the application form, booking a call, or speaking with us creates no obligation on either side. We select the practices we work with and we decline many of them. We work with one practice per market at a time.

4What we need from you

Where your obligations are not met, any performance guarantee is suspended for that period.

5Results are not promised

Figures shown on this site are results achieved by specific practices in specific markets and are not a prediction of what you will achieve. Outcomes depend on your market, your pricing, your capacity, your team, and factors outside anyone's control. You may generate less than the examples shown, or nothing at all. Nothing here is financial, legal, tax or medical advice.

6Our content

The text, design, video and materials on this site belong to us. You may view and share them. You may not copy, resell or use them to build a competing service.

7Limits on our liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost opportunities, or indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability arising out of these terms is capped at the fees you have actually paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud.

8Ending it

Either of us may end an engagement as set out in the service agreement. Fees already earned on production already generated remain payable.

9Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Disputes are subject to the courts located in Wyoming, unless the service agreement specifies otherwise.

10Changes

We may update these terms and will change the date at the top when we do. Continuing to use the site after that means you accept the current version.
